Easy check in, very polite staff, especially Precious who checked me in, location with easily accessible bus stops. I liked the privacy of the apartments too.

Great price for a 2 bed apartment with kitchenette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Brilliant views across London.
Whilst I agree with most of the negative comments on here, what do you expect for this price? It could have been cleaner, it was a little hot and smelly and insects were a problem. But overall it did what we needed.

Its facilities are new…the room is spacious and has a kitchen…the staff is helpful and friendly …there is a bus stop right near the entrance and the bus (23) actually goes through most important parts of central London

The staff are friendly and overall helpful. The lobby is comfortable with books, a pool table and coffee machine.
There is no aircon. The windows cannot be opened. A fan was given to us but it was very weak. The wind couldn't even reach the bed.
