Located in the vibrant Kensal Rise area, this apartment puts you close to some of West London’s most popular neighbourhoods, with plenty of cafés, independent shops, restaurants, and green spaces nearby. Kensal Rise is right on your doorstep, known for its independent boutiques, cosy gastropubs, artisan coffee shops, and local eateries. Queen’s Park is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a beautiful green space with tennis courts, a local café, and a popular Sunday Farmers’ Market. Kilburn High Road is also nearby, with its eclectic mix of restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment. For a taste of iconic London, Notting Hill and Portobello Market are around a 5-minute taxi ride or a scenic 20-minute walk south, where you can explore the colourful streets, famous market, and lively atmosphere.
Getting around London is easy, with excellent transport links all within a 5–10-minute walk, including Kensal Rise Station, offering direct Overground connections towards Hampstead, Camden, and Richmond, Queen’s Park Station, with Bakerloo Line and Overground services providing easy access to Oxford Circus, Paddington, and Euston, and Kensal Green Station, also served by the Bakerloo Line and Overground.
This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
