The apartment had good facilities, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was nicely decorated, just as shown in the photos. The location offered good value for the price, with convenient access to public transport - we frequently used bus 52, and the Circle line makes it easy to reach many points of interest. If you’re planning to visit the Harry Potter Studios, the location is especially convenient. We also enjoyed seeing squirrels playing in the garden behind the apartment.
The bedrooms are small, but this shouldn’t be an issue if you only use the apartment for sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend relying on the living room couch for sleeping, as the windows there are quite old and the room can be noisy. Because of this, you may also feel drafts when it’s windy, especially between the living room and one of the bedrooms. Additionally, the heating system is located in one of the bedrooms, which could be a concern if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, easy access to central London and everywhere else we wanted to go. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Good value for London.
