It was modern had plenty of facilities for us and the kids. The location was amazing, the previous review i feel was unfair as the previous people stayed out of season. We were easily able to park next to the caravan. The caravan was clean, fresh bedding, the decking was clean with outdoor furniture. The hosts were easy to contacr if needed. We all had a lovely weekend away.

Caravan was lovely and modern, very comfortable, bedrooms were a decent size. Everything inside u need for a great stay.
I went out of season for a few days away with my partner. we booked that certain caravan as it was advertised as having a sea view, It didn't! There was no path around the caravan just VERY muddy grass that made it very slippey and extremely muddy to get in and out of the caravan, staff were driving tractors round the site making the grass even worse on a hourly basis, we took our dog with us and couldn't let him out on the decking as it was wet and dirty,
