Sicuramente un ottima e perfetta soluzione per andare al mare e per andare in centro senza l utilizzo dell auto che lasci comodamente nel parcheggio condominiale con posto privato, esci da casa e facendo due minuti a piedi ti trovi già in spiaggia, intorno a te trovi di tutto da rosticceria, ristorante,pizzeria, lounge bar ecc.. il proprietario è stato super gentile ed immediato nel rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio o problema quindi merita il massimo dei voti

Great location with secure parking. Close to town, train station and just across the road from large supermarket. Excellent communication from our host Eugenio.
The saucepan didn't work on the induction cooker.
