Perfekt läge, så nära havet. Det var också gångavstånd till allt annat vi ville göra och gå och kolla på. Rummet var fint och välstädat. Dessutom var boendets värd väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam under vår semester!!

The location was perfect in between the beach and the historical town. Salvatore was an amazing host with his friendly smile, we found our luggages in our room on arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything we needed for our 4 night stay. With a washing machine, drying rack on the small balcony to the coffee percolator was perfect for us.

Our host was Amazing!! He secured transportation for us from the train. Met us and carried our luggage to our room. Gave us so many amazing recommendations and suggestions for things to do! Checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything to not hesitate to contact him. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in the room. We loved the deck. It had a great view. Even though we were 1 block to the beach and activity of the old town, it was a quiet street! Loved the food. We got sandwiches from the local shop. They were delicious and reasonably priced! We splurged on dinners and we were not disappointed. Absolutely delicious meals at your door step. The sunset dinner our host recommended was over the top. Romantic! Cefalu is on the top of our highlights of our trip! It quaint and clean. People are friendly and helpful! The beach was lovely. You could rent Lou ge chairs and umbrellas. We took the recommendation to walk up the Parc Rocca. If you decide to go, do it early. We went at opening at 8 am when it was cooler. Worth effort as the vistas were stunning. Wear running shoes!! We could have stayed longer. Just simply love Cefalu and our amazing host!

The host, Salvatore, was the kindest person ever. Starting from warning us about the train strike, through great recommendations for places to wine, dine and visit, finishing with a big smile and great sense of humour during every conversation we had. He even suggested different apartment, better suited for my family. His place is faultless, care and attention in every detail, great view on the sea from the little balcony, where I had my morning coffees, also the view on La Rocca, beautifully lit up. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. We had great time there, and if returning to Cefalu, I can't imagine saying anywhere else. Thank you Salvatore!!!
