Bedding and towels not being provided could be a bit more obvious before booking.

We had little children so the decking at one end needed blocking but the owner did inform us of this

Caravan had everything you needed nice an clean location was great about 15 mins walk to a lovely clean beach shops in walking distance pub on site once we parked up didnt use car till we came home
Only thing i didnt know we had to pay deposit £50 when we got there i do understanant but think needs putting on booking so ppl now no problem though was sent bk in my bank later same day

Basic but clean. Was perfect for our one night stay.
Poor communication re check in. Demanded extra deposit on arrival. I wasn't expecting it and found it worrying to be doing bank transfer. We were a mother and daughter. Unlikely to be destructive
