La grandezza dell’appartamento,la vista sulle montagne e il balcone. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile.
Il giardino non è indipendente, essendo in comune con la proprietaria, che abita al piano terra. I vicini pretendono troppo silenzio e si lamentano spesso della confusione, nonostante sia un appartamento per 10 persone e quindi sarebbe impossibile fare silenzio assoluto. La cucina è poco attrezzata.
