Sebbene vicina alla metropolitana di Parco Centocelle, la struttura è sita in una zona dove non c’è possibilità di parcheggio. La struttura pur avendo dei posti riservati all’interno non ci ha autorizzato a parcheggiarlare.

Nice, new and modern accomodation. The closest metro station was only 500m away. Our room was equipped for basic needs, it even had a small private fridge. Communication with staff was only done through messages here on Booking since they don't have any front desk but they very very responsive and helpful. Check-in instructions were very clear.

The bed was quite small (narrow and short), the air conditioning was not working like mentioned in the other reviews and the room could be cleaned better (floor, shower, coffee machine). But it definitely needs some deep cleaning, mostly visible in the bathroom. Other than that it was okay.

Palazzo nuovo con tutti i servizi.

The location was fine,five minutes walk from the metro station.Unfortunately it takes around 45 minutes to get to the city centre.The neighbourhood was nice although it was a little dirty.I do not have any complaints about the cleaning,the room was in a perfect condition.

If you are planning your trip around the summer i would strongly advise you not to choose this place.The AC has some kind of an eco-friendly mode which cannot be changed so the room is really hot.Basically you do not have any AC and we had to keep the windows open all night.It was really annoying.The owner responded very quickly before we arrived, but once we did he stopped.We asked for some kind of fan because it was really hot but we did not get a feedback. Also on the last day we asked if its possible to leave our luggage for two hours in the building and there was still no answer.There arent any necessities like iron or soap and shampoo in the bathroom so you will have to get those yourself.
