Gostei muito por estar bem equipado para o dia a dia e pela excelente localização, com todos os serviços nas proximidades.

Fui difícil conseguir mais capsulas de café para a maquina doce gosto :)

Amazing views, nice apartment, great location: next to the bus stop to Funchal (30 min.); ocean with natural pool and promenade 5 min., shops 10 min. - both downhill walk, so be prepared for a very steep way back; parking in front of the house. Beautiful ocean views with morning sun from the balcony, very quiet (both front rooms; the back room is situated to the house corridor and is a bit noisy with window opening to the corridor), enough space and very comfortable beds. Good option is you want to avoid too touristy Funchal. Kitchen appliances: toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine (coffee not provided), air frier, microwave. If you really cook, the pots and especially the frying pans are a bit outdated and scratched, need replacing soon. Also were not properly cleaned. There was not enough light in the apartment for me. I’ve asked for a floor lamp and within few days got a new one! Amazing service. Thank you. An idea for update and what I was missing (staying 2 weeks): dry rack to dry washed clothes inside (there is only a fix one on the balcony behind a door), yoga mat (floor is slippery for exercise), umbrella, bath robes. Some basics like sugar, salt, toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher tablets would be very nice (I had to buy everything), just to make the stay a bit cheaper😄

Because the apartment is right opposite the house entrance, you can hear the front door opening all the time and the people coming in and out of the house. It actually scared me a few times at the evening as it sounds like someone is entering your apartment…and I did not expect any visit😄 It took me a while to get used to it. But at the and not a big deal. Welcome gift would be a nice touch-some local fruits or such…

Dommage que les informations n'était pas très clair pour trouver l'appartement. Petit bémol sur la literie et le pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas au mur. Sinon le reste était parfait...

La literie de la chambre principale est très moyenne. Quelques dosettes de café aurait été la bienvenue. Nous en avons acheté mais elle ne passe pas à la cafetière... Le pommeau de douche ne tient pas au mur. Sinon le reste était parfait.

We absolutely loved our stay in Caniço. The highlight of the property is definitely the incredible sea view, it’s breathtaking at any time of the day. The house is comfortable, well equipped, and perfect for relaxing. We spent our mornings enjoying breakfast outside while taking in the calm atmosphere and the endless ocean view. In the afternoons, it was wonderful to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the place, making it the perfect spot to recharge and enjoy time with family. The host was friendly and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
