L'emplacement est très pratique car pas mal de commerces de proximité, des restaurants et une belle promenade en bord de mer. Très facile d'accès (parking souterrain compris) et accès à la voie rapide très simple également pour se rendre à l'aéroport, à Funchal ou ailleurs.
Il serait bien d'avoir un peu plus de vaisselle pour éviter de faire tourner le lave vaisselle trop souvent, quelques capsules de café en plus auraient aussi été appréciées (les machines étant différentes dans chaque logement, il est toujours peu pratique d'en acheter de notre coté pour finalement ne pas les utiliser). Mais logement tout de même très bien équipé, et pratique. Cela reste de simples détails.

Muy bien situado, muy limpio, ideal para una familia que quiere conocer la isla. Con plaza de aparcamiento subterránea, y una terraza enorme con vistas al mar. Muy recomendable, nos ha encantado. Al lado de la Panadería Reis Magos, ideal para desayunar, y con varios supermercados al lado.
Lo único que un lado del sofá cama era muy duro para dormir.

Очень хорошее расположение как на машине так и без нее. Удобный и быстрый заезд с трассы. Наличие подземного паркинга. Очень чистая и комфортная квартира. Вид из окна на океан. На фото это не видно, но океан всегда в окне. Пару минут до океана или 5- 10 минут до пляжа пешком. В доме есть булочная и магазин. Рядом пиццерия с большими пиццами. Очень аккуратный современный дом. Хозяева отзывчивые и гостеприимные.
Посудомоечная машина не очень хорошего качества. Напор воды в душе слабый. Если сделать воду холоднее, напор становится слабым.
