Luxury Burj Khalifa View apartments in Paramount Hotel Midtown - 64F Infinity Pool

Everything about the stay was exceptional! The apartment was beautiful, luxurious, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The breathtaking Burj Khalifa view was absolutely stunning, especially from the 64th-floor infinity pool. The location, facilities, comfort, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Angelo and Kirill for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and excellent communication. They were extremely helpful, respectful, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and facilities to the exceptional service and breathtaking views. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We were fortunate to get one of the best apartments—a corner unit offering over 180-degree views of the Dubai skyline, city, and sea. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with appliances, crockery, pots, pans, and a complete tableware and dining set. The apartment was spotless, and every room featured an LED TV with multiple input options, which was great for the kids to connect their gaming consoles or stream online content. I thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool; being one of the highest in the area, it offered stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, along with a sweeping 270-degree panorama of the surrounding skyline and sea. Finally, I would like to extend a special thanks to Angelo, my customer service representative, who was friendly, prompt, honest, and incredibly supportive.

The car parking entrance and exit were not very smooth, as both are quite tight for an SUV. Although as an experienced driver I managed the challenge without issue after a few trips, it requires care. Elevator access to our floor and the amenity levels was also occasionally delayed due to heavy traffic during peak times. Additionally, the bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, and the shower floor sloped unevenly, making it difficult for water to drain properly.

Große Räume, sehr gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. Bettwäsche, Bade- und Handtücher, sowie kosmetische Artikel waren da. Auch ein Spülmittel- sowie Waschmittel -Tab und etwas Kaffee, Zucker, Hähnchen-Ramen waren anscheinend von Vorgängern hinterlassen. Haben wir natürlich auch zur Weiterverwendung da gelassen. Finde ich auch genial, wenn man sich nicht direkt am nächsten Morgen mit solchen Sachen versorgen muss, sondern erstmal in Ruhe einen Kaffee trinken und die sensationelle Aussicht von einem der beiden Glas - Balkone genießen kann. Was wir nicht wussten und auch aus der Beschreibung nicht erkenntlich wurde, ist dass es sich um eins der Paramount Gebäuden in Dubai handelt. Es gibt zwei Eingänge einen zum Hotel Paramount Midtown und einen zum Apparthotel Midtown in Business Bay. In beiden Teilen kann man jeder Zeit sehr berühmten Personen begegnen. Die Autos, die im Parkhaus und um das Gebäude stehen sind die reinste kostenfreie Austellung der teuersten Marken der Welt. Die Autos stehen zum Anfassen und fotografieren nah. In jegliche Farben und Ausführungen. So viele Ferrari in so vielen Farben hatte ich bislang nicht mal im Laden gesehen. Unglaublich! Über Pool brauche ich nicht viel sagen. Auf den Bildern ist alles zu sehen. Mega, Mega, Mega. Aussicht, Ambiente, Service. Und die Preise an der Bar unerwartet im normalen Bereich. Ein Cocktail oder Smoothie zwischen 45-95 AED (11-24€). Es gibt auch Bier mit Alkohol im Angebot ☺️ Fragen Sie direkt nach Sam, er berät sie auch gerne zu Happy hours und einem passenden Getränk. Probieren sie den "Avocado walnut brain" . Einzigartig lecker. Ein Restaurant ist auch vorhanden. Dort haben wir aber nicht gegessen. Das Angebot draußen am Fuße von Burj Khalifa war dafür viel zu groß 😂 Das Service und die Betreuung unten am Eingang der Apparthotels war nicht das Beste.

Das einzige was nicht so schön war in der Wohnung waren die stark befleckte Couch und die Gardinen. Beides leider hell beige und Verschmutzungen sehr gut sichtbar. Die Gardinen könnten aber eventuell gewaschen werden. Die Couch sehr geräumig und bequem aber ein Überzug wäre nicht schlecht. Poll ist nur bis 19:00 Uhr (07:00-19:00 Uhr) geöffnet. Die Schließzeiten finde ich extrem früh. Ab den Mittagszeiten immer überfüllt, keine Liegestühle verfügbar. Unglaublich schön aber für so ein riesiges Gebäude doch zu klein.
