High location with excellent views over the sea and village. Village had shops, pubs and beach Lots of local walks, bus available back to village from Cremyll ferry No real need to use the car if you get shopping on the way Welcome with local biscuits and apple juice was lovely Very clean property with lots of character
Outside tap/bucket for dog washing would be very useful as it was so muddy. More cutlery availability if dishwasher used Some utensils not provided like a ladle, fish slice for serving etc Kitchen roll would be useful

We all had an amazing stay. Penley Villa had the most wonderful warm and welcoming feeling from the moment we stepped through the door. It is so beautiful and in a perfect position, with absolutely stunning views. It catered for all of our needs and our well behaved pets. The decoration is truly stunning and quirky with so much thought and attention to detail. The bathroom products were such a lovely treat too! It is in a very quiet position, but so close to everything. The outside area is wonderful. We really didn't want to go home!
