About this house rental

Welcome to Cliff House, an exceptional Georgian home that has been beautifully refurbished throughout. Offering stylish, high-spec accommodation in the heart of the idyllic Cornish coastal village of Kingsand, this spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom property is set in an elevated position and boasts breathtaking sea views from many of its rooms, creating the perfect retreat for family gatherings or celebratory getaways.



Inside, the house unfolds over four floors, offering generous living space and a wealth of modern comforts. At its heart is the expansive kitchen and dining area, where a five-metre dining table comfortably seats up to 18 guests, a dream for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing a leisurely meal featuring freshly caught seafood paired with a fine wine. A large sunroom opens onto the private garden, a suntrap where guests can enjoy alfresco dining, fire up the ENJOi egg-style BBQ, or rinse off sandy toes and paws in the outdoor shower.



The home also features a spacious double reception room with a balcony, a superb sitting area perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and a separate games room complete with a pool table and foosball, offering fun for all ages. Guests at Cliff House also have access to two kayaks and two skimboards, ideal for exploring the serene coastline and nearby coves.



Cliff House comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four floors, with a mix of spacious king-size bedrooms and a dedicated children's room. Each sleeping area is paired with either an en-suite or nearby bathroom for convenience and privacy.

This level includes the main entrance, kitchen, sunroom, large utility room, boot room, and a separate WC.



First Floor

The Cabin Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2)



The main family bathroom is located on this floor and includes a bath and walk-in shower. This level also includes the games room and main lounge.



Second Floor

Three beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms, each with private or en-suite bathroom access:



Master Bedroom: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with a large en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and walk-in shower.

Seaside Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with an en-suite shower room and walk-in shower

Countryside Room: King-size bed (sleeps 2), with an en-suite shower room



Loft Floor

This floor features two loft rooms, ideal for families or groups with children:

Loft Room 2 (Children's Room): One large Victorian single bed (sleeps 1) and two truckle beds that convert into four single beds (sleeps 4 children)

These two rooms share a shower room with a walk-in shower.



Unloading is possible just out the front of the house on arrival. Parking can be found Kingsand pay and display car park less than a couple minutes' walk away from the property.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful spacious, well-equipped house. It has a luxurious feel, with thoughtful touches & high-end products. The beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding & the bathrooms were amazing, stylish with thoughtful touches. Everything had been thought of when it came to what was provided in the house. The kitchen was well stocked, the utility with washer & dryer. We had everything we could have needed. The views were incredible looking out over the sea. A beautiful area to explore. We’d recommend visiting The Halfway House, The Bay, The Cove & the little gift shops. Finest Retreat was very responsive & helpful from start to finish. One note is that the driveway fits a large car2 small cars, getting in & out is tricky due to the narrow road being on a hill & cars parked just outside the entrance. We ended up parking in the nearby car park. Despite that, it's an enjoyable stay in a special place. We highly recommend for a peaceful coastal getaway
