Location, friendly staff and value for money.
Place a little dated and bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance. Tea cups and saucers need replacing.

Located beside an aesthetic cafe (7AM-7PM Cafe Shop). Circle K (like Indomaret) is just around the corner. 500m to McDonald's and 1km to the nearby supermarket (Grand Lucky Sanur). It's a quiet place too, as it's a bit far from the main road. The pool is so clean. The staff is also friendly. I arrived early and can store my luggage before checking in. They allow for early check-in; however, it is based on the readiness of the room. Fast WiFi.
Toilet's door. A bit hard to close and not able to close properly. It's not a big issue, but if it can be fixed, that's cool. Toilets can sometimes be easily smelly. Prefer to add more scent.

Located a short walk from the beachfront. Quiet location. Freindly owners. Near bars and cafes
The swimming pool was very cold! The rooms looked a little tired and could do with a lick of paint.
