In generale, ci è piaciuto tutto, a cominciare dalla cortesia di chi ci ha accolto e dall'elasticità nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. In quanto ad ordine e pulizia, assolutamente nulla da dire. Un esempio, per molte altre strutture...

Everything was superb—the location was perfect, just a short walk to the arena, with plenty nearby. The apartment was spotless, modern, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like complimentary champagne, coffee pods/tea, and chocolates. It had all the essentials: washer/dryer, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, fast WiFi, extra towels/blankets, and a lovely balcony. Communication and service were excellent, and check-in was seamless. + Everything was made in Italia (not China).
The only small improvement would be having larger or extra toiletries, but it’s a very minor detail compared to everything else.
