The location was fantastic, secure, the room was perfect, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, little personal touches, spotless standard. And the staff were so friendly. I’d come back in a heart beat. I wish all the places I’ve stayed in Italy were this wonderful. Bravi!

My wife and I just finished up 3 nights at the Palazzo Ciopeta and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect for us as we were attending operas at the Arena di Verona which was a 5-10 minute was away. The property was contemporary and stylish, with a very comfortable room, bed, nice linens, great bath towels, water pressure, and fantastic air conditioning which was very welcome during the July heat. They provided a mini-bar with complimentary beverages including wine, juice, soft drinks and beer. Prior to our stay the communications were great, and they provided maps, restaurant recommendation, and a video to help checking in. Alessia was at the property to welcome us, get us checked in and helped get us settled. She was absolutely delightful and charming. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Verona, especially if you are attending the opera.
