Safe, quiet and secure apartment that accommodates 10 close to arena and city sights

The apartment is in a great location near the arena and walking distance to the Aldi. It is secure, safe and quiet. It has everything a family needs for cooking. The washing machine is good, but no dryer.

The upstairs bed was very uncomfortable. There was no dedicated lounge for the number of people staying (it sleeps 10 but no area to relax together other than dining table).

Problem with oven/grill inconvenient as cooking for a toddler. Mattress in top room very hard and some curtains to stop morning light be useful in that room also.

Perfect spot to stay for couple of days / weeks.

It was at a super location, it was quite and we had so much space (every room with a separate bathroom) plus kitchen and living area. The mirror got broken in the middle of the night, but the staff came right away in the morning to fix and clean it. They also broght a tea towel within a few hours. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had some coffee for free to use.

your Mini Splits were installed very inefficiently. We know because that is what we do in the states. they will never keep up in the summer heat as they are. the only one that truly works as designed is the back bedroom.

A wonderful stay. I couldn’t recommend it more.

This is a wonderful apartment in the center of Verona, about 5 minutes walk from the Arena and Piazza Bra and it is convenient for the whole old city. It’s also 5 minutes walk from the amazing San Fermo church. There are fantastic bars and restaurants all around. Despite its being central the apartment is quiet inside, even during the operas in the arena! The air conditioning and other facilities worked well. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. If you plan to attend the Opera, there is a box of cushions in the sitting room that you can bring with you to make the stone/metal seats a bit more comfortable!

The only thing to mention is that it was on the third floor in a beautiful old building (?18th century) and as a result there are no elevators if you have heavy suitcases! The views from the apartment are lovely though.

A lovely apartment which suited our needs in a beautiful city.

The location was great. Lovely large apartment which suited us as 4 women and gave us all a bedroom & bathroom each. Also lovely to have an outside space. However, if there were 10 people you would struggle to fit in! The apartment has 3 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. There is then a very quirky 4th bedroom up a small wooden staircase, along with a terrace, bathroom & second kitchen. The upstairs is almost self contained.

Nothing not to like, although upstairs bedroom would be better with curtains or blackout blinds, rather than just a privacy blind.
