The property was excellent and situated in a perfect central location for exploring Brighton. All the features given in the description of the property were as stated and fastidiously maintained. The apartment was very clean and comfortable throughout all of which made for a very enjoyable stay. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
During the morning of our arrival there was a fault with the Booking.com communication platform which prevented messages being exchanged between myself and the owners of the property resulting in ourselves being unable to enter the apartment for approximately one and half hours. Recommendation: Prior to travelling always obtain a phone number for the accommodation your staying in !!!

Everything is perfect! We stayed for the conference but ended up getting around a lot because the apartment location is just super central. Had such good night sleep which is so important for the conference trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this Brighton apartment — super clean, modern, but still with a really homely feel. The space and layout worked perfectly for us (6 people) and the complimentary touches were such a lovely bonus and really made a difference. Paul and Sylet were incredibly prompt and helpful with any queries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s great value per person, in an amazing location — a real gem tucked away in the Lanes. We’d definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
