Location, Modern, spacious, quiet neighborhood, all furniture and appliances are premium quality.
Some items missing on arrival: no clean sheets, but after sending message they were brought same day. We asked for baby bed and chair during booking, but was not in the apartment. To be completely fair: I did not ask again close to arrival (which I usually do)

Sauberkeit, Lage (Pfad zum See, unter 5 Min Gehweg), alles modern, großer Balkon.
Es fehlten Infos zu den Abläufen vor Ort (Müll, checkout etc.), die Küche könnte mehr Gläser/Becher vertragen, Wäscheständer fehlte.
