We would like to extend our gratitude for the above and beyond customer service of the host. When we were lost finding the apartment, he personally came to check us in. The property sits on top and the drive is a little bit of a challenge. Follow the video instructions and it will be easier. He came just to assist us. Stellar customer service.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, owner is meticulous about no shoes in room which we applaud however, no WIFI but the worst in the summer heat was one of the electric fans not working. Frankly, with the heat in Europe, a property as beautiful as this should have an AC. That should be an easy recoup as the property is really great. There was no WIFI and in this day an age, that is something guest looks forward to. We did not care about the WIFI, the electric fan was the issue. We did not bother him anymore about the fan as it was already late when we came back. We were just there for an overnight stay and leaving early morning. Thankfully, towards the late night, the breeze started to come in. It saved us. I would have rated higher if there were stronger fans or a cooler as it just really loses the whole ambiance that the host is aiming for. It is still a good property. The host just need to fix this minor issue. Sienna is beautiful. This is a good place to park your rental and then you come home to outside ZTL after partying in Sienna.

L'appartamento è a ca 500 m dalle scale mobili per S. Francesco, il che facilita la salita verso il centro città. E' sufficientemente spazioso, con ampi armadi; la cucina è ben fruibile. Si può parcheggiare privatamente, ma c'è anche un po' di parcheggi libero nelle vicinanze.

C'è un po' poca cura nei particolari, manca un po' di manutenzione II letto a castello è un po' fragile per gli adulti In cucina se manca un po' di dotazione.

No wifi...

Lijepo je uređen. Ima aparat za kavu Dolce gusto, 2 lijepa televizora, lijep veliki kauč.

Nema klime, lokacija je blizu velikog kružnog toka i cijelu noć se kroz otvorene prozore (jer je bilo prevruće) čuo bučan promet. Nismo mogli spavati. Ne razumijem zašto nemaju klimu?! Bračni krevet ima udoban madrac ali onaj od pjene koji dodato grije. I činilo mi se da nam na nekim krevetima nisu bas čiste plahte, i na dječjim jastučnice. Kupaona je starija, ima plijesni, tako da se nismo htjeli tuširati.
