Very smelly place full of rubbish everywhere and when i told the host about it and asked for a refund because that place

On the picture it looks good but reality feels different.

The equipment in the room was good. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower, which I appreciated.

However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There were greasy stains on the table that could be easily wiped off with a wet wipe, which suggests the cleaning was not done properly. The floor was poorly cleaned and there were hair and dirt in the bathroom. I was also unhappy with the location, as access to the accommodation was very unpleasant and difficult. When entering the building, there was a strong musty smell, which was uncomfortable. Another major issue was the extreme noise at night. Every person passing by the door could be heard very clearly. There is a gap under the door, so light from the hallway comes through and all sounds are easily audible. The walls are very thin, and any movement or noise from other guests woke me up. The view from the window was very poor, and it was not possible to open the curtains properly, so the room felt dark and quite depressing.

Perfect stay for Christmas shopping in Cardiff

Beautifully clean and tidy, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and having Netflix available was a great bonus. Bathroom is also very clean and has a great shower. Coffee machine and coffee pods were a nice touch. Convenient situation for shopping in town. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will stay again.

The only thing to say was that We were on the top floor which would be a bit tricky for anyone with mobility issues but not a problem for us. Would still recommend 😊
