Beautifully decorated, electric fan available to help with the heat, good WiFi and a big TV connected to the network. Instructions were clear for self check in, had no issues personally. Door lock mechanism was efficient too, I personally prefer the use of codes rather than keys in these circumstances. Distance from the centre was convenient too - 10/15 mins to get to the castle and it's a straight forward walk.
Theres no dedicated parking and we were advised to use the Severn car park. This doesnt allow for longer than 4 hours and closes at 6pm, so not a good option. A local advised we can just park on the road anywhere that doesnt have lines or a box. So we found a spot quite easily nearby this way - id recommend this to avoid car park fees and fines.

Great location 15-20 min walk from Cardiff Centre. Good instructions for entering the studio.
Studio was a great size very nicely finished to high quality. Had everything you need for a short stay. Everything was spotless.
Host even left us a fan because of the hot weather, room was very warm but this was out of their control.
Would definitely recommend and use again

The studio was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed and the electric fan really helped in the heat.
The toilet seat was very small, like for children and broken.
The shower door doesn't close properly.
The window in the bedroom doesn't shut properly.
The entrance to the property was a bit messy and rough but I understand that they share it with the downstairs chicken shop.
The owner was keep texting in the morning of my departure asking when I'll be leaving because cleaner wants to come and clean early due to the heatwave! I'm sorry but it's not my problem that cleaner doesn't want to work during a hot days. You shouldn't bother your clients from 8 am asking when they are leaving! It's unprofessional. I paid for my stay until 10 am so I decide when I go. It's absolutely bizarre that people in this country don't want to work if it's too cold or too hot.

This property is NOT in the beautiful suburb of Pontcanna as advertised but on the edge of Canton which is edgy and felt unsafe.
