Its close to tram station
I didn’t like the smell when we first got in it was too much humidity in the air inside but after turning the AC for 2 hours it was ok

large sunny room in a nice location. Nice equipment for cooking and a balcony to hang clothes. While very close to the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Shiambashi, not loud at all. Local grocery store a minute walk away. Would rent again.

房间干净宽敞，设施齐全，甚至有个爆米花机，虽然我没使用。房东很热情，沟通顺畅，回复很快，入住顺利，感觉很好。房顶露台面积够大，晚上景色也不错。周围比较安静，所以晚上休息得很好。
房间里置物的地方略少，进门如果有个落地衣架就好了。没有停车位，从附近的停车场过来需要上下一段台阶，不太方便。不过瑕不掩瑜，总的来说已经很好了。
不像有一家叫做“Nagasaki no Wagaya 1 1棟貸切 絶景夜景 BBQテラスリフォーム記念”的，号称居高临下有市景，所以本来打算订它的。但是booking这个网站在搜索的时候如果先输入日期再输入地点的话，貌似会自动变回曾经搜索时候的日期，当时我没注意就下订了，看到确认信的时候发现不对，马上开始操作变更日期，可是这个日期已经被别人订了，所以我申请退款，最终被拒绝了。两个日期之间隔着三天呢，但那位房东拖到第二天回我，就不够三天了，可以拿条款说事儿了，意思我没看清是我的责任。我觉得当时给退了的话也不影响别人订那一天啊，何必如此不通情理，还是说真的那么缺钱呢？看它家评价好像还挺高的，不过就我自己的感受来说，白赚钱这么起劲的话大概人性不咋地，未来买卖也不会太好。
所以，“Nagasaki no Wagaya 1 1棟貸切 絶景夜景 BBQテラスリフォーム記念”这家，给后人提个醒，应该谨慎思考要不要和它打交道。
