    The only downside of this place is their self check-in for big groups. It was difficult, but you can call in the staff to help you. But all the rest, this lodging is supurb! 🫶

    feels like home, everything is in the unit. easy check in and check out. location is far and need to cross thru the overhead crosswalk

    Pros- close to main JR train station and tram stop. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Quiet rooms . Washing machine with powder, drying room. Kitchen with fridge, comfy beds. Cons- no front desk, so No baggage holding pre/post check out. taxi drivers are reluctant to come here from train station as it is not worth their time- so beware if u have luggage or if raining or have mobility issues.

    Location is up a flight of stairs, so not suitable for elderly or if you are bringing large luggage. While it is fully furnished (e.g. sofa, TV. fridge, microwave, electric kettle etc...), they are not in best kept state. For example. sofa had dirty stains, bed headboard was dusty. While reading household manual after check-in. I realise that I am required to separate the trash and bring out the burnable trash to dispose outside the building. However, there was no guide on the exact location to dispose the trash. I tried calling the customer service a few times but no one answered. They only communicated with me via the tablet inside the apartment. Not sure if they were avoiding my call because I spoke in English. Room might be suitable for locals or those looking for long-term stay, but won't recommend for short-term visitors.
