95歳の祖母のために急遽エキストラベッドを設置してくださったり、位置の変更なども快く対応していただけました。 また部屋からもロビーやレストランから見える夜景はとても素晴らしかったです。 お料理もとても美味しかったです。
仕方のないことですが、設備が古いところ。 大浴場などへのアクセスにかなり距離がある。 部屋に電源が少ない。

リーズナブルで大浴場もあり。
JR長崎駅まで移動するのに、往路はタクシーで4,000円。復路は約3,000円。精霊流しで交通規制はあったが、7,000円を加算すると割高だった。
