Veronica of Villanueva was fully aware of our flight details and arrival time, and she shared the necessary information at just the right moments to make our trip to and from Palermo Airport effortless. The standout aspects of our stay were, first and foremost, the excellent value for money, and second, the breathtaking sea view. The internet was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The pool was a fantastic feature that our 4½-year-old son enjoyed immensely. We’ll definitely be coming back - hopefully soon - and perhaps exploring other Villanueva Real Estate properties at future holiday destinations. Schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick vom teils überdachten Balkon. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Internet, Warmwasser, Klimaanlage, alles funktioniert! Und unten an der Einfahrt eine günstige Pizzeria!

Das Haus ist leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Man kann zwar vom nahegelegenen Campingresort mit einem Shuttlebus in die Stadt fahren, aber der Weg zu diesem führte uns als Fußgänger über eine Schnellstraße.

It is a well-equipped, spacious flat that feels like a real home. The garden has many plants and a beautiful view of the sea. Inside, you’ll find TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, an old but reliable washing machine, and air conditioning in three rooms, which is perfect in the hot summer. The garden pool was very pleasant for swimming, and the water was clean. The smell of the plants was lovely. Cefalù is a charming place, with a beautiful historic old town as well as newer buildings. The best beaches are in Cefalù itself and in Solfarelli, just over the railway station. In Cefalù the traffic can be busy, but Solfarelli is a quiet and pleasant area. For shopping I recommend Eurospin, about 10 km away on the S113 road towards Palermo.

The beach was nearby, but we always used the car to reach it because for a few hundred meters there is no pedestrian path—you have to walk along the very busy roadside. The parking space in the garden was convenient, but a bit narrow, so turning around required some maneuvering. (Italian drivers are used to this in the old city centers.) The parking area could be enlarged if some of the garden plants were reduced. The S113 road between Palermo and Cefalù was always busy—on weekends as well as on weekdays, from morning until night

Siamo stati i primi (5 ospiti) a usufruire di "Jolina guest house". Soggiorno rilassante e gradevole. Ottima per la posizione strategica per muoversi nella costiera di Cefalù e per rientrare sulla A20 visto la vicinanza con l'autostrada. La struttura è raggiungibile preferibilmente in auto. La location è confortevole e accogliente che ricorda l'atmosfera di casa. Menzione speciale per il balcone che offre la vista sul mare che regala tramonti mozzafiato sul golfo. La struttura è fornita di tutti ciò che necessità per restare più giorni (lavatrice, utensili da cucina, frigo, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze). Vicinissimo la struttura c'è un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. E' presente la piscina esterna non interrata per passare una giornata rilassante in struttura.

Il bagno non è fornito di doccia ma di una vasca senza tendina. La doccia esterna comoda ma con qualche problema di deflusso delle acque. Il divano letto fornito per il quinto ospite non era confortevole.
