La situation géographique est idéale, car relativement proche de la ville d'Arras tout en étant au calme de campagne. Le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et a le sens de l'hospitalité.
Le réglage du détecteur de présence dans le couloir est peut être un peu trop sensible à notre gout.
