The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but once inside hotel it's cool.
Just the neighborhood people were always having a party,but weren't intrusive or nordid I feel not safe..it's just how times are right now

The staff is more then friendly they went out of there way to help me .the rooms are very clean best motel in the tenderloin by far would not stay anyplace else but here

I like the location. The staff are always accommodating. The showers were hot, and the beds were clean. I love watching all the drama going on in the Tenderloin.
