    Room is clean. High beds in all rooms, not advisable for PWDs. Location is near public transport & the famous SFO cable car. Continental breakfast is served from 6am or 7am until 9am only. Wifi is good. When exiting the hotel, go on your right.

    the location is fantastic, making it easy too explore and very accessible. close to cheesecake factory (plus points!!!). housekeeping cleans the room daily, good breakfast

    We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction regarding several unacceptable issues experienced during our stay. First, assigning two adults to an accessible room with a 1.60 m bed is completely inappropriate, especially when the room does not contain two proper standard winter beds as expected. This is a clear failure to meet basic accommodation standards. Additionally, it is unacceptable that the 100 USD deposit has still not been refunded after check-out. When we raised this issue, the staff’s response — “This is not our problem” — was highly unprofessional and entirely unacceptable for a property of your level. We expect this matter to be addressed immediately, including the urgent refund of the 100 USD deposit and an explanation for the service failures we encountered.
