Location excellent 2minute walk from Gloucester quays. Host very good with communication when I had concerns.

The key safe is no were near the property! Very hard to find. Felt very unsafe. No security lights when you enter into the courtyard first. Steps to gain entry into property very slippery and overgrown with weeds. The basement itself stank of mould. Several issues water damage and stained. Weeds growing inside the bedroom from window, needs TLC. Very expensive for what it’s charged given the state of the property. Overal this could be lovely apartment if the above issues was sorted
