buena habitación, limpio, bien ubicado, la chica que nos atendió muy educada y decente. Nos gustó mucho.

Sería muy bueno que antes de realizar el pago se comuniquen primero con la encargada ya que hay un despliegue cuando se va contratar el servicio colocan el estimado de la hora de llegada y ellos tienen un tiempo de entrada y salida y ya después de alquilar no se puede cancelar ya que hay una penalización según lo que se lee en la normativa. Igual no quiero decir con esto que no se pudo arreglar pero mejor aclarar antes de. De lo demás excelente

Location is difficult to find , as the way it is referenced on the booking site is not recognised in google maps, it took me a long time to find it and I would not have been happy if it was dark looking on my own , if it referred to Ocean Park are the complex which is well known would be so much more helpful Also the lady I was communicating with did not speak English and trying to organise how I pass the keys took several days waiting for her to get back to me and telling me to leave the keys in the apartment yet she did not realise I could not get out of the gates without the keys caused me some anxiety which was a pity as it is a nice apartment and a great location A key safe would have been very useful in this situation
