About this apartment rental
The 1 bedroom apartment is situated in the very popular Santa Maria Complex which is located at the Porto Colon Marina end of Las Americas away from the more densely populated area and is a family orientated Aparthotel. The apartment has been recently refurbished and benefits from air conditioning and free in room WIFI and is situated on the third floor, it also has the advantage of being South facing, so sun all day plus pool and sea views. The apartment is also ideally situated being just a stones throw away from local bars and restaurants and only 350 metres to the nearest beach and Porto Colon Marina from where water sports and Water Excursions such as Whales and Dolphins can be obtained. Great communication. Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool. Plenty of space for two in the apartment. Would suggest a bit of an update with a few of the fixtures and fittings but that said we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again

Our host was amazing and so was our accommodation, the only down side was availability of the sunbeds due to the hotel being so busy and the fact we were told we couldn’t use the restaurant as we didn’t book direct with the hotel but this didn’t bother us too much . Would definitely book again

Appt had everything you needed for comfortable stay
Lovely big balcony with a pool view and the air con in the bedroom was a boon.
