Lovely and clean, great spot for what we needed
Very noisy neighbours, scaffolding pole was a big concern if there was a fire you would really struggle to get out the back way.

Very central location, property clean, comfortable & spacious, facilities were great ample seating area with dining room table big kitchen 2 big bedrooms big bathroom
We couldn’t use garden as I think they were having work done so this could change but this didn’t effect our stay at all. It is on a busy road but we liked that as close to everything but even though it is on a busy road it is so quiet & peaceful in the bedrooms at the back of the house

It was good enough to stay for a night.
There was no latch to lock bathroom. There was no hair dryer. Noise from next door was annoying as unable to sleep. Screams and shouts were heard during late night and early morning.

The property had only one fan. Should be 2 more. Otherwise its very hard this summer.
