Absolute shit place, unhygienic and cramped

House was so unclean n stinky, I think they didn't put clean beddings. Place was so congested and there was no free parking either. I didn't get any instructions before. On the day of our checkin I got message to make the payment while the payment was already deducted from my account 1 week ago. These people are scammers. They don't even answer calls.

A few more backing trays, oven proof trays would have been better . We made a huge Sunday roast for 7 people and was challenging . Otherwise everything was good . Thank you 🙏

Good location with spacious bedrooms.

The house was in a residential area and was good for our visit to the RN Dockyard museums. It was clean and all the bedrooms were spacious. It was also quiet during our stay. Everything worked. Heating was good and wifi. The garden would have been useful for eating outside if we had come earlier in the year.

The kitchen area was a bit small for 6 people and there was no dishwasher. The kitchen equipment was OK, but there could have been a few more items. Street parking is challenging and we often had to drive around the adjoining streets to find a space at night.

Property a bit below expectation.

The property was big enough for the party of 12 that we were. We were able to hang out comfortably. The garden was good and so were the showers.

I would hardly call the property a luxurious one. There were initially not enough towels for use, the first morning. Also, some of the sheets on the beds were not fresh sheets. These issues were rectified once I put a complaint through. A few sheets and towels were delivered on the next day. Good response from the staff. Finding parking on the street was also a bit of a nightmare. Also found the the bottom of one of the cupboards in the kitchen was broken and some doors to some rooms could not be shut, hence occupants of those rooms, could not have full privacy.

Beautiful house, poor parking & management.

The house is old but new inside. It's a good upgrade.

Some rooms have no hangers. The hangers are small and flimsy. No wardrobes. We asked for toilet cleaners and were declined even though we were 6 and spent 5 days. Parking space is by luck. We needed early check-in, the key was released at noon but we weren't allowed to enter until 1pm, so we stayed in the car nearby for one hr.

Very comfortable and contemporary.

The house is amazing. Very stylish and complete with everything you need, from toilet paper to coffee. There is plenty of room, which is great as everyone has their own space. I do think it could do with a little love and attention just to freshen it up. The bed in the large front bedroom could do with a new mattress. It’s very soft and you roll into the middle. We had a lovely time a home away from home.

Maison très sympa et confortable pour visiter cette région en groupe ou en grande famille.

Maison entièrement refaite sur 3 niveaux dans un quartier calme, stationnement gratuit dans la rue, commerces de proximité.Propreté en arrivant, chauffage à déclenchement automatique.Conversation avec l’hôte impeccable et réactive pour les consignes et récupérer la clé.

Cuisine qui manquerait d’une table pliante et de chaises supplémentaires si réservation pour 12 personnes.Nous étions 7 personnes au lieu de 9 prévues, cela convenait encore mais seulement une table en place pour 6 sur place.Il manquait des torchons à vaisselle et une machine à café filtre ou type Nespresso.
