Muy grande, amplio y cómodo. Muy céntrico, todo a mano, en la parte antigua de la ciudad. La ubicación inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas. Los dormitorios todos con muebles nuevos y grandes armarios. La casa es muy grande, amplia cocina y con todas las comodidades.
El edificio es un palazzo antiguo que necesita algunas mejoras. Pero por lo demás muy bien.

Il proprietario, il signor Sebastiano è davvero una bella persona cortese ed estremamente disponibile.
Ci ha accolti e fatto sentire a casa.
L’appartamento è davvero molto grande e ben organizzato eravamo in 8, ma avrebbero potuto dormirci anche altre persone.
Posizione praticamente perfetta su Via Vittorio Emanuele II, a pochissimi passi dal duomo.
L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi e confort.
Piccolo problemino al mattino con l’acqua per cui abbiamo dovuto riavviare l’autopompa collocata nel cortile (ci era stato spiegato come e cosa fare nell’eventualità) ma comunque nulla di irrisolvibile.

Căn hộ rất rộng và đẹp, tiện nghi tốt, căn bếp rộng. Vị trí gần ngay Trung Tâm Catania, thuận lợi cho đi thăm các địa điểm du lịch.
Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo, đã tạo điều kiện tốt cho chúng tôi trong mọi chuyện.
Do chuyến bay muộn nên chủ nhà đã tạo điều kiện cho chúng tôi check out muộn.
Chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.
