Very affordable and modern and clean. Plenty of space for a short stay. The balcony gives a lovely view of the nearby hill sides.

The hotel is in a good location near to the market and walking street. Private parking is the most advantage and easy to access between the room and the car.
The room should be better based on its price (>1,400 b/night), but it lacks privacy since the balcony seems to be the joint area.
