The hotel is in a good location near to the market and walking street. Private parking is the most advantage and easy to access between the room and the car.
The room should be better based on its price (>1,400 b/night), but it lacks privacy since the balcony seems to be the joint area.

ห้องไม่สะอาด มีแต่ฝุ่นและกลิ่นฝุ่น คนแพ้ฝุ่นอย่างเราเข้าไปก็จามแล้ว ต้องมาค่อยทำความสะอาดเอง พัดลมในห้องฝุ่นเต็มเลย ต้องถอดล้างเองด้วย
