    Staff are the definition of incompetent. Booked the water front villa to arrive and it having been bought by another group that walked in. Walk in price was better for the owner so they sold it and we had to use another room. They charged us walk in rates for the room we stayed in, so I got very little money back. Water heater didn't work, didn't get the wifi information, and mattress they gave us to sleep the third person (room was for 2) was the worst mattress. I could have rebooked on agoda the same room for 400 baht less than what they charged me. Scammers.
