Second stay

This was my second stay at this location and I will continue to use for trips to the antique market. Karine is an excellent host! Excellent location to the antique market

Stairs are step and narrow. Bathroom doesn't have a shower, just a tub with a hand held sprayer. Not a huge issue since I'm usually only staying overnight (not a full 24 hours).

Excellent location for the Tongeren antique market! The apartment is located on a quiet alleyway. We parked at the nearby Q-park Grote Markt (very affordable secure parking). Apartment is very clean and host is very friendly and helpful.

I think the apartment is in a flight path. I was woken by a loud airplane overhead. I closed the windows and didn't have any other issues with noise.

Enjoyed our stay and the great location !

The location was excellent, close to the flea market, the museums, the city centre and all the attractions.

The bathroom is en suite, which is good, but the wc is in the bathroom and there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Some people would not mind but I prefer a door 😀

Wonderful, centrally-located home-away-from-home with a welcoming and helpful host !

The house is well-located in the Tongeren old city center, situated on a quiet, car-free walkway. Karine, the host, was warm and gracious in her welcome, and generously helpful and flexible throughout our stay. The house is well-equipped on all 3 floors, from downstairs office up to kitchen and living room and up to bathroom and bedroom. Wifi was strong and working out of the office was comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped. Sleeping under a glass roof is a unique experience. Top location! Highly recommended.

Perfecte locatie. Alles is heel dichtbij; parkeergarage, plein met horeca en de antiekmarkt.

Het is een vrij klein bed voor 2 personen. Je kunt niet staand douchen want er is alleen een bad.

Sfeervol huis met glazen dak dichtbij winkelstraat en markt. Zeer schoon en compleet.

De slaapkamer met het glazen dak was erg fijn. Het huis was ook erg schoon en voldoende handdoeken. 2 toiletten. Kleine keuken, maar wel alles aanwezig. Je loopt zo de deur uit en staat met 1 minuut op de markt.

sehr schöne und zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage, gemütliches, kleines älteres Haus mit mehreren Stockwerken, man schläft im obersten Stock unter einem Glasdach mit Blick in den Himmer, die sehr nette Vermieterin hilft sofort bei jeder Frage

an heißen Sonnentagen wird es unter dem sehr schönen Glasdach ziemlich warm

Hier komen we niet meer terug!

De locatie dwz de ligging vd acco tov het centrum. De Grote Markt is op 5 min loopafstand. Daar vind je veel restaurants.

De acco ligt in een zeer smalle steeg met aan de overkant direct een huis. Daardoor zijn er voor de kleine ramen in de keuken en kleine woonkamer een soort lapjes met punaises opgehangen tegen de inkijk. Je kunt alleen naar buiten kijken als je de ramen openzet. Somber geheel. Niet uitnodigend. Verder zijn er nergens deuren in het appartement. Als je vanuit de woonkamer de trap neemt, kom je direct in de badkamer waar zich tevens het enige toilet bevindt. Geen enkele privacy dus. Vanuit de badkamer loop je de slaapkamer in (geen deur) waar een glazen dak is. Zodra het warm weer is, ben je in een soort kas. Geen gordijnen of zonwering. Douchen doe je in het bad. Zittend want er is geen stang om de kop aan op te hangen en ook geen spatscherm of evt douchegordijn. Je kunt dus niet -staand- douchen. Geen uitleg over de tv. Een post-it met ‘druk op SAT’ maar verder dan dat gaat het niet en moet je het maar uitzoeken hoe de tv verder werkt. Het is toch simpel om een duidelijke beschrijving neer te leggen? Alt van host was: dan ga je maar boven kijken als het je niet lukt om de tv a.d. praat te krijgen. Ook geen uitleg bij de magnetron. Leg gewoon de handleidingen in een la .. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring. Gelukkig maar voor 1 nachtje. Geen aanrader wat ons betreft.

Het zou goed zijn moest er een deur tussen de slaapkamer en de badkamer zijn, wat privacy als je naar het toilet moet is aangenamer.

Mooi appartement in centrum.

Prima locatie in t centrum van de stad Voldoende ruimte door de verdiepingen Alles is aanwezig

Drie verdiepingen met 2 gevaarlijke trappen waarvan twee stukken zonder leuning wat best wel gevaarlijk is. Er is geen heet water in de keuken. Douchen is helaas niet mogelijk in t bad, geen badstang en geen houvast. De onderste verdieping gebruik je niet. Boven even wennen ivm geen gordijnen.

Grote accomodatie met verschillende verdiepingen. zitruimte, keuken, slaapkamer, badkamer ideaal voor lang verblijf. Wij verbleven maar 1 nacht en hebben er niet lang van kunnen genieten.
