Alles hat perfekt gepasst. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber jedoch ein bisschen dunkel. Trotzdem hat sie uns gut gefallen und würden wir sie wieder buchen. Die Lage hat uns gefallen, ein bisschen außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in einem ehrlichen Arbeiter*innenviertel.

Man ist im Erdgeschoß, also von der Straße kann man sehr leicht reinschauen. Durch das Mieten einer Wohnung haben wir dazu beitragen dass es für die lokale Valencianer*innen immer schwieriger und teuerer wird eine Wohnung zu finden. So bei zu tragen am Problem des Übertourismus hat uns nicht gut gefallen aber war uns bewusst beim Buchen der Wohnung..

Generally clean. Had two beds. The AC worked well in the main room. Beds were ok, low to the ground. Good shower pressure. The staff were very responsive when asked something. We didn’t see any cockroaches. But there was a big can of bug spray on the interior window when we got there.

There was black mold in two places. It was hard to get into - the instructions weren’t clear. You have to use the keys to get into the apartment and you can lock yourself in if you aren’t careful. There was no comforter in the apartment. The kitchen amenities left a lot to be desired. The staff did not Check up on us given the history of the comments about black mold or those things, I thought they would have taken care of these issues.
