Близость к исторической Вилле Д'Эстэ. Очень чисто. Великолепный, со вкусом сделанный ремонт. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин Марко. Обязательно приедем еще.

Marco, the host, is a great guy - very warm and friendly. He helped with our luggage and also forgave us when we forgot to leave EUR8 cash for the city tax. The building is nice and our apartment, specifically, was more than adequate. Roomy and comfortable.

Very basic accommodation with serious comfort issues. The place is very simple, with the only positive aspect being its good location in the historic area of the town. We arrived on December 27, when the outside temperature was around 10°C, and the rooms were extremely cold. We had to turn on the air conditioning for heating, but the rooms only became warm the following day. During the night, the main electrical breaker switched off about ten times, which was very inconvenient and worrying. The so-called “kitchen” was constantly cold (around 10–12°C). We avoided using the heating there because it caused the electricity to cut off again, and we didn’t want to lose the heat in the bedrooms. The owner was polite, but unfortunately the apartment was poorly prepared for winter conditions and not properly managed.
