We stayed for a week at Mareluna. The location of the house is fine. Yes, you cannot swim right in front of the house but you can easily access to see from 5 mins walk. The facility is clean and partially renovated so we did not have any problem.
The fridge is so small for a house, it is nearly hotel size. So, for long stay it is not ideal. The fridge should be standart house size.
Necessities have not been stocked in the house so you need to contact the owner for basic things like toilet paper. Bed sheets and towels need to be changed and should be new.

The house was great with a huge garden, clean indoors and comfortable and peaceful location. Host was kind and helpful. There were blinds outsiide the windows which helps for an undisturbed sleep. There were some snacks left for guests and a small toy for our children. It was really pleasing and we felt gratitude. I recommend 100%.
There were nearly everthing needed except for a dishwasher. Not a big minus but just could be better. Still, we do not complain. The house was waterfront but the coast is not a beach but rocky instead. I could easily swim there as I generally go deep and explore depths around 5-10 meters. However, it is not suitable for little children and you may want to use a private beach around Paralia region which 5-10 minutes by car (about 3-5 km).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect for our family, offering quick access to many points of interest while remaining quiet, safe, and relaxing. It had everything we were looking for.
The beach is just in front of the property, with several beach bars nearby. We especially enjoyed the morning and evening fishing, and our children loved having the football field right at the location. In one word, it was excellent.
The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, responding immediately whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose this place without hesitation. Thank you very much for making our holiday so memorable!
