Welcoming, new, modern, relaxing, spacious place with great terraces

Fanari is a welcoming seaside village, not yet overcrowded as of August 2026. Our stay at the luxury villa was pleasant and relaxing. Our host arrived to hand us the keys promptly after I contacted him and immediately made us feel welcomed with his friendly approach and advice about the area. He genuinely cared about ensuring our stay was pleasant and was fast to respond to my messages and address my requests. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It was fully equipped with household appliances i.e. dish washer. I liked the clean, calming interior design. Good wi-fi everywhere. The living room with kitchen was spacious and good looking. The terraces on the second and rooftop floors were surprisingly large. The second-floor terrace was shaded all day, making it an ideal spot for breakfast and lunch. The rooftop terrace provided shade in the late afternoon and was a great place to relax, chat, and enjoy some sea view and the jacuzzi. Parking around the villa was ample and convenient. The location is great. Several hundred meters from the main seaside street with nice fish restaurants, where one can have dinner for about 20-30 euro per person. There is a beach about 250 meters away. We had a large stretch of beach almost entirely to ourselves, perfect for sunbathing. The underwater rocks made it a fantastic snorkeling spot but it is not suited to those who prefer walking in shallow water without swimming. For that, a sandy beach with minimal rocks and "The Beach Bar West Side" was just a 3-minute drive away with enough free parking. Sunbeds and umbrellas there were free with at least one ordered drink. However, on weekends, some umbrellas closer to the sea were reserved and left unused, which slightly limited our choice.

The short access road to the villa was newly built but not yet asphalted, so it had a 10-meter pebble rock path. Thankfully, this did not cause any trouble during our stay and probably will be paved soon as it is yet a brand new building.

I had a wonderful stay at this newly built villa in Fanari, located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The villa is modern, very clean, and tastefully furnished, with all the amenities you might need. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality. The villa is managed by a very kind gentleman and his lovely parents, who made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. There’s honestly nothing I can complain about – everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Fanari.
