I loved the location in the woods and the facilities were good. I liked how everything was thought of, for example..All the cooking utensils, plates, cups etc. We didn't need to bring anything and also the sweets and treats left in our tent for my boys
Hot water was a bit slow coming through but we got used to it and wasn't a big problem.
