Hassle in checking-in because the previous forgot to leave the access card. And getting out of the parking area, they instructed us to leave the access card inside the apartment, without letting us know that we should use the access card to leave the parking area

The location is fine. The apartment was clean, and all the kitchen tools were available and well-maintained. The building also has excellent security, which I really appreciated. I also liked that the parking area was very spacious and comfortable to use.

Due to construction and heavy traffic, the area is very noisy. The building should have better insulation to reduce the noise. Additionally, the tap of the sink is damaged in some of the bathrooms and needs maintenance.

Cosy flat with nice interior and proximity to many options. Carrefour is 4 mins walk and there is a pharmacy and lots of food/ cafe options nearby including Aljada park. Other options with a drive are wasit wetland, alqarayen parks, masaar, Jareer bookshop, Zahia city center which my family enjoyed. Toilets had toothbrushes, hand/body wash bottle and shampoo/conditioner bottle. Cooking ware in the kitchen. The sofa is not sofa bed but has decent size and you can move the cushions to the back. My wife found the master bed a bit hard but I was ok with it. We brought extra blankets and things worked well. The flat had a dedicated parking slot which we used. Balcony is overlooking the main road and construction site at the time being.

The ongoing construction of two buildings opposite the flat significantly disrupted our morning rest. Work typically commences around 7 AM, which may be disruptive for light sleepers or those who prefer a later start to their day. We had anticipated a tranquil holiday experience and occasionally retired late. Despite the flat's sixth-floor location, the construction noise was audible within our Boulevard 1 apartment. We anticipate this issue will be resolved upon the completion of the construction. Regarding communication, we believe there is room for improvement. Information regarding available facilities was not provided, and our request for cancellation due to construction noise was not accommodated. Access to parking is facilitated by a key retrieved from the room using a passcode. We also suggest considering the addition of carpeting in the bedrooms.
