Great experience allowing my son to relax in comfort, safety and cleanliness

Clean and Spacious. Go for it!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel comfortable and relaxing. All the essential amenities were provided and well maintained, which made the stay very convenient, especially for a longer visit. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall environment was quiet and well organized. I truly appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality offered here. It’s a great option for both short and long stays, and I would happily recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Comfortable and delightful stay

The 2 Bedroom Room 109 had a great view of the Aldhiya'a Mosque opposite to the Viola apart hotel. The room had the facilities as per the description on the booking.com website

Nothing Major! The room temperature was set to 20 degrees both in sitting area and bedroom. But bedroom was warmer and option to reduce the temperature below 20 degrees was not available. Very minimal traffic noise from the highway next to the hotel.

Very friendly and professional Staff, spotlessly clean room, plenty of space, comfortable bed, reception 24/7. In a nice, significantly cleaner part of Sharjah, in a good distance to the Airport and not far from some big malls.

Really disappointed

As frequent traveller to UAE, this was my worst decision to choose this place for my trip

We faced several issues during our stay. Firstly, there is a big parking problem — every time we returned to our room, we had to inform the reception so that someone could pay for our parking from their mobile, as the building does not have its own parking space. Sometimes they even forgot to pay, and there was no proper record linking car numbers with room numbers. Secondly, the room cleaning service was very poor. We always kept the “Room Cleaning” sign outside our door, yet the room was never cleaned. When we complained at the reception, they told us we needed to inform them directly. Even on the third day, after we told them at the desk, they still insisted that we hadn’t placed the cleaning sign. Lastly, we requested a bottle of water at night and were shocked to be charged 5 AED for a small bottle that costs only 1 AED outside. Overall, a disappointing experience that needs serious improvement in both management and service.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality at this hotel stood out. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, with staff greeting guests promptly and offering assistance with luggage. Check-in was seamless. The room was beautifully decorated, combining modern touches with cozy comfort. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a real highlight. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, keeping everything pristine. Again Jalal is an amazing person

I stayed at Voila Hotel Apartments and found the rooms very nice, equipped with all essential amenities. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the facilities well-maintained. Overall, it was a good value and a pleasant stay.

Photos showed apartment with floor carpet, but reality there was no floor carpets (tiles). the studio was smaller than photos, when I spoke to property before arrival, I asked for adjacent apartments, I didn't get. On the phone, they offered deluxe studio upgrade, but in reality, I didn't get that.

Booking.com charge me full amount. When I reach to the hotel, they charge me again and they refuse to do the payments back. I am very old customer with a Booking.com. I never had this kind of experience. I don’t have other choice in that area only that hotel.
