I booked a studio for my son - on checking in he was upgraded to 1bedroom apartment! He was overjoyed not only for the upgrade but for the high level of professionalism, cleanliness, the helpful staff. We will most definitely stay at Viola again. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel apartment. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel comfortable and relaxing. All the essential amenities were provided and well maintained, which made the stay very convenient, especially for a longer visit.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any requests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall environment was quiet and well organized.
I truly appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality offered here. It’s a great option for both short and long stays, and I would happily recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
The price seemed expensive. Maybe, due to the tourist season.

Clean, comfortable bed nice stuff
The room smells bad I could not use the AC because of the bad smell comes from the AC
