Responsive and nice host. Thanks to host rep Bluto for kindness and assistance. Apartment resides in a multi buidling quiet civilized and organized compound. Home away from home, though average in size or smaller to some Plenty of secured private parking (ask host well ahead before heading there to be guided to the correct parking area). Very nearby restaurants although require car to reach to them in convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped. And washing machine exists. Iron and ironing board exist in room. Balcony is very nice. Bed is extremely comfy, and this is the utmost like here! Location is not far from SHJ airport so it may be a hit spot from tired travellers (couple) wishing to rest nearby airport and at the same time not hear noisy airplanes. Saying couple as it is not certain if this apartment can take bigger families , i.e. couple with 2+ children.

1. Parking is like a maze for first timers. To exit parking require some analysis of ways, asking parking attendants. 2. Checkout time is a bit early like 11:00am , or max 11:30am depending on situation. Wished it could be 1-2 pm like hotels in Saudia. Wished that booking.com avails a feature for filtering facilities based on checkout timings. 3. Toilet is slippery though clean. It is a good point that owners availed anti slip rubber slippers.
