Very negative, do not recommend.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. The property was in very poor condition and clearly not properly maintained. There was black mold visible on the walls, stains everywhere (including on the sofa), and the kitchen surfaces were covered in grease. The bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, and all mirrors were dirty. Some electrical wiring was exposed and literally taped to the wall, which felt unsafe. The area itself is not the best, which added to the overall negative impression. I paid for two nights but only stayed for one because the conditions were unacceptable. The next day I moved to a proper hotel that was actually cheaper and even included breakfast. The host did not offer any compensation or solution. I honestly do not understand how the owner can rent out the apartment in this condition. These apartments are absolutely not worth the price.

Nice location within Ajman and excellent value for money. Special thanks to the host & coordinator Nand Kumar who was very responsive to all requests, needs and questions. Parking facility also included.
Only 1 key card. Shower head had a minor leak (only when the tap was opened) - this was informed for fixing.
