Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend, das Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn gut zu ereichen. Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und professionell und der Check-in war unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung war sehr gut mit Gebrauchsgegenständen (Küche, Bad etc.) ausgestattet.
Es war alles sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung im Souterrain war bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm kühl zum Schlafen. Es konnte ein kleines Gartengrundstück als Terrasse genutzt werden.
Durch das Souterrain war die Wohnung teilweise etwas dunkel. Von der Raumaufteilung her gab es kein "klassisches" Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, da der Platz für ein Bett genutzt wurde.

Everything was as described and host Lukas was very helpful with info and quick to reply to any questions. Apartment is within easy walk to city centre and station, yet in a quiet residential and peaceful area with no noise to disrupt sleep.
Highly recommend for any groups wishing to share spacious accommodation with separate bedrooms.
Not a major issue as we stayed together all day but as key entry includes the external gate it's necessary to co-ordinate all arrivals and exits with whoever is holding the key.

Schöne und geräumige Unterkunft, in toller Lage.
Einfache Schlüsselübergabe, unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Preis/ Leistung eine glatte 10 von 10!
Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Parks, Zoo und Shoppingcenter. Die Straßenbahnanbindung ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Dass an keinem der Fenster ein Insektenschutz vorhanden war.
Da sich die Wohnung ja quasi im Keller befindet, hatten wir viele Spinnen in der Wohnung,
besonders im Bad.
