Great location within walking distance of the historic center. The apartment is quite spacious, featuring a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in a large kitchen. The kitchen is comfortable and equipped with a basic set of dishes.

Do not count on the sofa in the hallway as a place to sleep. The kitchen is missing a frying pan. There is a drip coffee maker, but it is only good for making watery, American-style coffee. The already opened pack of coffee we found was clearly left behind by previous guests, so absolutely do not expect any complimentary tea or coffee to be provided by the host. The check-in process is cumbersome, requiring you to fill out a form on a third-party website. The full payment is charged immediately upon booking, and before check-in, they block an additional €250 security deposit (which is returned within 7 business days). The listing claims parking is available, but there are no dedicated spots. The courtyard has very few spaces, and if you aren't lucky, you have to park on the street. However, during our 3-day stay, free street parking was almost non-existent. There is an abandoned-looking industrial zone nearby where you could theoretically park, but it's unclear if it's legal to do so. We were constantly bombarded with automated messages in the Booking chat and via email. Before arrival, they kept demanding we fill out the check-in form on their third-party site, even two days after I had already completed it! When you actually ask a question, the support seems fast, but the initial replies are clearly AI-generated nonsense, and later messages are just generic phrases. Then, right before checkout, a new wave of useless bot messages started coming in. The house rules required us to take out the trash before leaving. I asked the host how to properly sort plastic, paper, glass, and mixed waste, considering there were only two bins in the room and absolutely NO trash bags provided. I received another useless robot reply. We didn't have time to play these games right before our departure, so we had to go to the nearest supermarket and buy a roll of trash bags ourselves.

Deurcode werkte steeds niet. Steeds maar weer bellen. Koste soms uren voordat ik dan weer binnen kon komen. UIk kwam op zondag aan en pas op dinsdagochtend werd het probleem(lege batterijen) werd opgelost. Het heeft zeer veel stress en frustratie opgeleverd. Volgens de flatbewoners zijn er regelmatig problemen van deze aard. Kon daardoor ook niet op zondag naar een geboekte en betaalde voorstelling.

Wir hatten ein kleines, aber sehr feines Apartment in der Brandenburger Straße in Leipzig Mitte. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage zum Zentrum war perfekt, alles war schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung
