This property is wonderfully situated, just a four-minute walk from the beach. Both terraces are spacious and offer stunning views of the mountains and the sea. The host kindly waived any additional fee for our late check-in and was exceptionally flexible, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. There are several restaurants just a short walk from the property, many of which remain open late into the evening and well past midnight. The beachfront restaurant offers an interesting and varied menu, perfect for a relaxed meal by the sea. The beach itself is peaceful and beautiful, with relatively few tourists, creating a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with a parasol that guests can take to the beach, a small but much-appreciated touch that makes a real difference on sunny days. The beds are comfortable, and every room is fitted with air conditioning for added comfort. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for preparing anything from simple meals to elaborate dinners. The apartment is also conveniently accessible on foot from both the Nizza di Sicilia and Alì Terme train stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and return at any time of day. Overall, this was an exceptional stay that perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Lokalizacja świetna, blisko autobus trochę dalej do pociągu.

Łóżka na których nie da się spać, ponieważ większy ruch doprowadza do łamania się szczebelków pod materacem. W łazience brudno praktycznie do remontu. Skrzypiąca lodówka brak ekspresu do kawy brudna zardzewiała w środku mikrofalówka. Prosiliśmy o leżak dostaliśmy po czterech dniach taki ,że raz wystarczyło się położyć żeby sparciałe gumy popękały.
